Regardless, the Cosmic Cube activities are on the way and will start to kick off towards the end of next week. To help build up hype for the new era of Marvel’s Avengers, the Marketplace is throwing a rare sale, called the Cosmic Sale, and is offering up to 50% off of select items this week. Fans who are in the market for some new cosmetics will definitely want to check out the list and see what grabs their attention.

As always, the new week also includes a rotation of some featured items in the game’s Marketplace. The first half of the Steampunk team costumes are now gone and players can pick up the matching themed skins for Iron Man, Captain America, Hawkeye, and Ms. Marvel. There are a handful of other interesting items in the rotation and a different free item than what players may be used to this time around…

As always, the Marketplace also includes a bunch of other cosmetic items and one free item to draw shoppers into the interface. This week’s free item is a consumable XP Boost, which is exciting in terms of having a gameplay use, but is an interesting departure from the usual Nameplate gift. It will be very interesting to see if this is the start of a trend or just a one-time break from the pattern.

That should be just about everything players need to know to prepare for the current week’s Marketplace. There’s just one week to go until the Cosmic Cube event arrives and the latest Black Panther trailer may have helped build some hype for the game, so there are likely a lot of players exploring the shop’s offerings for the first time in a while.
