Little bits of Gloss are given out here and there, but if gamers could on this to fill up their coffers, they’re always going to be left out on the best and coolest items in Marvel’s Midnight Suns. Instead of leaving it to chance, get into some good habits that will generate more than enough Gloss consistently.

Increase The Difficulty

Players who are coasting along and impatient for more Gloss can consider bumping up the difficulty. The risk here is plain to see; those without optimized decks and solid cards are likely to lose battles, thereby creating a situation where they lose and get no Gloss.

But the reward can be almost triple the Gloss that would have ordinarily gained. The highest difficulty (as of this writing) gives an additional 175% Gloss. Of course, players will need to work up to that, but a step-by-step increase in difficulty as the team gets better is a wise idea.

Getting Stars On Missions

Gloss is adjusted based on how smoothly the mission went. Specifically, completing all of the objectives, winning in the shortest number of rounds, and not letting any heroes get downed will boost the potential star rating of the mission completed.

To get more stars, players will need to upgrade their hero cards and consider modding them as well on higher difficulty settings. Players that get the full star count consistently will rarely find themselves short on Gloss.

Pick Up Gloss Orbs

Orbs will spawn twice daily on the abbey grounds. The first time will be in the morning and the next round comes at night. This is a great way to gain essence and gather up some credits, but among the orbs are Gloss bits as well.

Doing this sweep twice per day can be quick when players know where the orbs spawn. It’s just a bit at a time, but it’s a freebie that requires no real effort except for taking the time to pick them up.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns is available now for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
