Captain America is not a missable character but players who want to get access to him early will have to cross a few things off of their checklist. Players will need to unlock Magik and get her party ready to go. Also, the Spidermaaaans mission will need to be knocked out prior to this.

The Hunter will have to bring along Iron Man for this particular endeavor. Use Iron Man’s best deck to make the fight more of a triviality. He’s one of the best damage dealers in the game and, since Captain America has things covered on the tanking front, Stark will be free to cut loose with some of his most lethal attacks.

In combat, Captain America can protect his allies with a taunt. While some tanks have a tough time weathering the blows, he gains block on every turn with his passive and many of his cards give even more block on top of this.

He’s perhaps most welcome back at the abbey, where he dishes out some good advice and finds ways to unify the Midnight Suns, who frequently find themselves at odds with the Avengers. He acts as a bridge for both parties and sees how everyone’s best interests sync up more than they can clash.
