Already, fans have worked out how to add a working Flash mod to Marvel’s Spider-Man, and many players are enjoying their time running around New York at extremely fast speeds. However, the call for a time-stop mod has been loud and clear for some time now, explaining why fans are so excited that the Quantum Break mod is ready for downloading.

Though not quite as eye-catching as Marvel’s Spider-Man’s Gotham Knights IGN review score mod, this time-stop mod is still quite useful. Youtuber NTD Modder shows off their time-stop mod’s capabilities, showcasing how the mod is able to simultaneously slow down time in the overall world and increase Peter’s speed. So, when players slow down time around them and add some juice to Peter’s speed at the same time, the result is something straight out of The Matrix. Similar to Breath of the Wild’s Flurry Rush ability or Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Brush with Death ability, this time stop mod allows Peter to quickly attack enemies in succession while time is slowed around him.
As Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is set to release in 2023, fans are excited to be playing the first game in new and improved ways as they wait, with mods like this shaking up the usual gameplay in a significant way. This mod, along with a myriad of other mods and fan-made challenges, allow for increased replayability and increase player engagement with the game.
Fans are also excited for Spider-Man: Miles Morales’ PC release on November 18th, as they are ready for the game to be pushed to its absolute graphical and performance limits. Once it becomes available, there are sure to be many interesting mods made by players for the spin-off as well.
Modding allows the community to come together and lets players of different backgrounds create and play with things that are not normally available in their favorite games. Hopefully, the community continues to grow for Spider-Man fans, with more gamers coming together to share in their passion for gaming and the friendly neighborhood hero.
