Peter will unlock a variety of different suits while advancing through Marvel’s Spider-Man. Each suit grants a unique ability when worn, making each of them effective in different combat situations. Obtaining them all can be difficult, but doing so will provide the player with limitless power and, of course, bragging rights.

Story Suits

Completing certain story missions will reward Peter with a new spider suit, but only a small portion of the suits available in-game can be obtained this way. Once the main story has been completed, all of these suits will have been obtained. There are 9 unlockable suits confined to the clearing of story missions, but not all of them are related to the main plot.

Suits Unlocked By Leveling

The further Peter progresses in his quest to rid New York of crime, the more his level will increase. The majority of his suits can only be unlocked by reaching a certain level, so Peter must hone his skills if he hopes to obtain them. Upon reaching the required level, a new suit will become available for purchase with each requiring several Tokens to be spent to obtain them. Reaching the max level will grant Peter the option to purchase a total of 19 different suits.

DLC Suits

The City That Never Sleeps DLC offered fans of Marvel’s Spider-Man the chance to delve deeper into the inner workings of New York’s world of crime. After encountering his former lover, Black Cat, Peter finds himself swept up into another dangerous quest to rid his city of the evil that plagues it.

The DLC offers 9 new suits for Peter to wear, but sadly, none of them offer any improved methods of combat. Though they may appear weak in comparison to the suits available in the base game, they are all incredibly charming suits that sport fascinating designs.
