Marvel Snap: Lockjaw Decks
Lockjaw Jubilee
RELATED: Marvel Snap: Shuri Decks
This deck looks to use Jubilee as a compliment to Lockjaw, as she also wants to be played alongside a high-density of colossal threats. While the specific threats that are chosen for those high-end slots can vary based on the cards that a player has access to, this deck skews slightly toward those with On Reveal effects in Marvel Snap. This is due to the fact that using Odin to get a second trigger out of Jubilee can be a very powerful play, and Gamora or Doctor Doom can also be reactivated for big power swings on the final turn.
Lockjaw Hela
Rather than using Jubilee as an additional way to cheat big threats into play, this deck chooses to enlist Hela’s services. This swap means moving away from the On Reveal effects featured in the previous deck and toward a discard strategy. Notably, players can also simply add Lockjaw to a more straightforward discard deck in Marvel Snap, with Apocalypse as the big payoff, if they do not have access to Hela.
Lockjaw Thanos
Unlike the previous two decks, this one does not have a secondary way to get big cards into play without paying their energy cost. It does have Marvel Snap’s Thanos, though, whose Infinity Stones provide a consistent way to repeatedly trigger Lockjaw. Space Stone in particular is a great play into Lockjaw’s lane, as it allows the dog to be moved for even more triggers at a new location.
Marvel Snap is available for mobile devices and PC.
