Marvel Snap: Wong Decks
Wong On Reveal (Budget)
This is a deck for those players that have obtained Wong early during their journeys through Pool 3, and it is very a similar to a standard Pool 1 On Reveal deck in Marvel Snap. However, the inclusion of Wong significantly increases its power level, allowing fans to get additional triggers out of their assortment of On Reveal cards. In fact, Wong alone is enough to make this one of the best early Pool 3 decks, and players that have been fortunate enough to pull this key card at a low collection level should be very happy.

Wong On Reveal
As players continue to increase their collection levels in Marvel Snap, they will obtain a variety of upgrades for the perviously-detailed budget Wong deck. Those upgrades include Black Panther, Arnim Zola, and Doctor Doom, and they give the deck a much more potent end-game. Indeed, playing Black Panther and then Arnim Zola into Wong’s lane, or simply deploying a Doctor Doom, can push a ton of power across the board on the final turns, and fans that enjoy On Reveal strategies should work toward a list like this one.
Shuri Wong
While Marvel Snap’s Shuri may be the star of this deck, Wong still serves a very important purpose. Specifically, he acts as a second way to create a gigantic Black Panther on turn five, which can help smooth out the late-game in instances where Shuri is not drawn. To note, while it may seem odd to play Zero in a deck with so many important abilities, he can do great work if he is deployed at the appropriate times.
Zabu Discard
While Wong is already extremely powerful when he costs four energy, he is even better when he costs just two. That significant cost reduction is exactly what Marvel Snap’s Zabu provides to this deck, which looks to use Wong to get additional discard triggers out of cards like Blade, Colleen Wing, and Hellcow. These additional triggers serve to create a gigantic Morbius and Apocalypse, the latter of which can be discarded to Dracula or simply deployed on the final turn.
Zabu Negative Surfer
This is another take on the Zabu and Wong combo, though this time around players are looking to copy Wong’s ability with Mystique and then get a ton of triggers out of Ironheart and Silver Surfer. Indeed, this play pattern can push a ton of power across the board on the final turn, and using Mister Negative and Sera alongside Zabu increases the deck’s explosiveness even further. To note, Iron Man is a card that typically appears alongside Marvel Snap’s Mister Negative and Mystique, and it would be reasonable to play him instead of Chavez. That swap will slightly reduce the frequency at which Zabu is drawn by turn three, though, which may make it undesirable.
