How to Get Across the Chasm in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy To start, players should begin by positioning themselves on the metal platform that is extending from the side of the chasm that they are on. From there, fans should direct their attention down and to the left, where they will see some masses of goop that are attached to the side of a cliff. Players should now fire upon that goop with their weapons in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy and then drop down to the platform below when all of it has been cleared....

The major thing that’s holding back Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy in terms of its pre-release perception is the game’s combat. The gameplay trailer that showcased it didn’t necessarily put the studio’s best foot forward by having the Guardians fight a handful of slime monsters and other seemingly generic space monsters. That said, even if the combat isn’t mind-blowing, the game could still help fans regain confidence in Square Enix’s future Marvel endeavors as long as Guardians of the Galaxy can nail its story and characters....

As seen below in the latest Mass Effect: Andromeda trailer, BioWare writer Catherine Rootsaert narrates the breakdown of Drack as a companion, and begins by revealing him to be the oldest krogan introduced to fans in the franchise’s universe yet. Furthermore, as one might expect from a krogan character who has been around for a long time, Drack definitely has a surly personality, but manages to have endearing qualities as well, such as his obvious penchant for the Ryder twins....

The news isn’t good for those hoping to jump into Mass Effect: Andromeda’s multiplayer with friends on a different platform. BioWare lead designer Ian Frazier and producer Fernando Melo say Mass Effect: Andromeda will not feature cross-play in any form. To be honest, the lack of cross-play is not a big surprise. Cross-play between consoles and PC is still in its relative infancy, with few developers and games implementing the feature....

BioWare developers recently confirmed the iconic elevator sequences from the first Mass Effect were changed for Mass Effect: Legendary Edition. BioWare’s Mac Walters and Kevin Meek spoke to Game Informer about some of the details that will be changed for the remaster, including shortening the elevator rides for players that way players don’t have to wait as long as they did in the original Mass Effect this time around....

Mass Effect released the original trilogy from 2007 to 2012 and its character creation mechanics varied drastically from each game to the next. The epic tale of the Reapers, the Council, and the Alliance begins with a rogue turian Spectre, Saren Arterius. However, at the start of Mass Effect 1, no one in the galaxy is aware that Saren has turned on the Council, and intends to bring about the Reaper invasion....
